Salary:  $108,123 - $122,553 + 12.5% Superannuation 

Kingborough Council is seeking an experienced and passionate Digital Learning and Adoption Lead to drive digital capability development across the organisation. This pivotal role will support the successful delivery of Council's Digital Strategy by ensuring employees and community have the skills, knowledge and confidence to embrace new technologies, systems, and ways of working. 

Working closely with the Digital Experience Team, People and Safety, and business units across Council, you will lead learning and adoption initiatives that help our workforce thrive in a transforming digital environment. You will develop training resources, coordinate digital champion networks, support project rollouts, and promote a culture of continuous learning.

In this pivotal role, you will design and deliver engaging learning programs that build digital capability across the organisation, support technology implementations, and help employees confidently adopt new systems and ways of working.

The ideal candidate will have experience in learning and development, digital adoption, or organisational capability building, with strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and training design skills.
