We are looking for a skilled and future‑focused Digital Operations Lead to guide the creation and execution of Council’s Digital Workplace strategy, championing modern, collaborative work practices and enhancing digital capability across the organisation. This key position delivers quality frontline digital support, administers the IT service management platform, and maintains knowledge bases, dashboards, and reporting to support sound operational decision-making.
The role provides support for enterprise applications, oversees device lifecycle management and onboarding processes, coordinates vendor activities, and delivers low‑code solutions, automated workflows, and technology deployments.
Working in close partnership with stakeholders across the organisation, this position converts business needs into practical digital solutions, contributes to governance and policy development, manages allocated budgets, and nurtures a safe, inclusive, and high‑performing team environment. The Digital Operations Lead also represents Council in broader forums and actively identifies opportunities to enhance, innovate, and strengthen digital services to improve organisational performance and community outcomes.
An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with12.5% superannuation and a rostered day off each month. The role is being offered on an ongoing full-time basis.
