The position works within a team responsible for delivering quality frontline customer service from point-of-enquiry to resolution, handling customer enquiries, service requests, transactions, and complaints in an efficient, professional, and responsive manner.  You will need to have a positive and flexible approach to work, willingness to learn as well as good communication skills. 

The successful candidate will undertake a Certificate III in Business qualification while working in our busy office environment.  This traineeship has a nominal duration period of two years and continued employment beyond the two-year traineeship is not guaranteed.

As the successful applicant, you will have:

  • The capacity to undertake Certificate III in Business (at Council’s cost),
  • Competent computer skills,
  • Ability to work in a team.

Further details:

The role is entry-level, full-time and is offered on a fixed-term contract for a 2-year period. The commencement salary is $59,307 per annum, plus 12.5% employer superannuation contribution.
