About this position:
The Project Administrator works as part of a professional team involved in the management of Council’s AFL High-Performance Centre project. The position will undertake critical administrative tasks and provide support to the Project Director in the successful delivery of Council developments associated with the project. This role is essential to ensuring the project meets its objectives of an infrastructure build that aligns with community, sporting, and regional development goals. This position is offered on a full-time basis; however, a part-time role may be considered.
You will be responsible for drafting outgoing correspondence, maintaining project files, and undertaking other administrative and clerical activities. The incumbent will respond to public and stakeholder inquiries about the Kingborough Sports Precinct, providing accurate written and verbal communication.
As the successful applicant, you will have:
- Experience in the administration of construction project/s
- Experience liaising with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Competent computer skills using MS Office software.
Further details:
The role is full-time and offers a salary in the range of $80,220 - $86,566 per annum (pro-rata for part time), depending on skills and experience, plus 12.5% employer superannuation contribution. For more information, please contact Dan Kaimatsoglu, Project Director on (03) 6211 8200.
