About this position:
This position encompasses a range of administrative duties focussing on the Building and Plumbing Services Unit.
In this role, you will process council building applications, create certificates of completion for building and plumbing permits, prepare building and plumbing permits and process section 337 certificates, maintain records of applications and other relevant documents as required.
You will have experience providing administration support, including liaising and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
As the successful applicant, you will have:
- Demonstrated administrative experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills,
- Understanding of building and plumbing permits
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Further details:
The role is ongoing part-time with a salary in the range of $70,318, - $75,164 per annum (Pro-rata), depending on skills and experience plus 12.5% employer superannuation contribution.
