About this position:
Council has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join its Customer Service team. We are seeking a candidate who is interested in completing a Certificate III in Business while working in a busy office environment. The position works within a team responsible for delivering quality frontline customer service from point-of-enquiry to resolution, handling customer enquiries, service requests, transactions, and complaints in an efficient, professional, and responsive manner.
You will need to have a positive and flexible approach to work, willingness to learn as well as good communication skills. Please note, this traineeship has a nominal duration period of two years and continued employment beyond the two-year traineeship is not guaranteed.
As the successful applicant, you will have:
- The capacity to undertake Certificate III in Business (at Council’s cost),
- Competent computer skills,
- Ability to work in a team.
Further details:
The role is full-time and offered on a fixed term contract for a 2-year period. The commencement salary is $59,307 per annum, plus 12.5% employer superannuation contribution.
